Priority Fire Systems has been in the sprinkler business for over 15 years. Cyle Lappin, and two other partners as well as unionized employees make up our employee base with fully outfitted service vehicles. Our main focus is to establish ourselves as “the company to go to” for retrofit & installations. We aim to provide the best service possible. At this time we are the preferred sprinkler contractor for many of the downtown office towers run by GWL, Bentall, Oxford Properties, Cadillac Fairview, Quadreal Property Group, Manulife Real Estate, Hudson Pacific Properties and SDM Realty as well as many small property managers.
